This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Class Deviation 2026-O0028 (RFO Part 12.2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE), plans to award a firm fixed price ‘Sole Source’ contract. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation RFO 6.103-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" as Roche Diagnostics is the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement without introducing unacceptable clinical deficiencies and network security risks.
