The Department seeks information from qualified vendors capable of delivering a comprehensive Online Presence Vetting (OPV) solution to support consular visa adjudication at a scale of up to 18 million applicants annually across more than 300 consular locations worldwide. The solution must provide automated open-source intelligence (OSINT) data collection, entity resolution, and analytical insights to enable effective online presence screening of visa applicants.
