Online web base portal relating to National Security

An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier.The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to access an online (web-based) portal, 4 CBSA users will be provided with daily geopolitical analysis relating to national security, shifting irregular migration patterns, human trafficking and smuggling and ongoing country specific issues with human rights, via a robust methodology and global network, not collected by the CBSA nor any other agencies and departments across the Government of Canada at the unclassified level.The proposed contract period will be from Contract Award to December 31, 2023, with two (2) additional, one (1) year periods.The closing date and time for accepting statements of capabilities is November 30, 2022 at 14 :00 hours EST.There are no Security requirements applicable to the contract.
