OpenText Core (Livelink) Consultant.

The Canadian Space Agency is seeking an experienced OpenText Core (Livelink) Consultant under solicitation number 9F032-20250141-B to provide support functions for document and data management using the OpenText Core solution, also known as Livelink, Content Server, or GCDocs. This procurement is conducted under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement and is restricted to Tier 1 suppliers within the Montreal region. The contract is expected to last three years from the date of award, with an estimated annual level of effort of 156 days. The place of performance is Longueuil, Quebec. All bidders must meet minimum corporate security requirements of Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and ensure that assigned personnel hold at least Reliability Status security clearance as defined by the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada. The procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and documents may be submitted in either official language.
