This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make awards, or pay for respondents expenditures made in response to this notice. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring this notice for any subsequent amendments. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. Any solicitation issued as a result of this notice will be in a separate announcement. The purpose of this notice is to survey interest and obtain capability responses from industry.The Government seeks to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to include Small Business (SB), Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Responses must demonstrate the vendors expertise and verify they possess the necessary equipment to successfully complete the requirement. Interested vendors interested in shall submit a capabilities response containing the following.1. Company name, address, Point of Contact (POC) name, phone number and e-mail address, CAGE code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI) number.2.
