MSC REQUESTS SEVEN (7) TRACTOR-LIKE U. S. FLAGGED TUGS TO SUPPORT THE GOVERNMENT'S REQUIREMENT IN NAVY REGION SOUTHEAST, SUB BASE KINGS BAY, GA AND NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, FL. TUGS MAY BE ORDERED TO ANY BERTH, DOCK, ANCHORAGE, WHARF, PLACE, OPEN ROADSTEAD, SUBMARINE LINE, OR ALONGSIDE ANY VESSEL, BARGE, LIGHTER, SUBMARINE, CRAFT, HULL, DERRICK, OR OBJECT OF WHATSOEVER NATURE THAT THE GOVERNMENT MAY DIRECT, PROVIDED THE TUG CAN LIE ALWAYS AFLOAT EXCEPT IN HARBORS OR WATERS WHERE IT IS CUSTOMARY AND SAFE IN THE PORT TO WORK AGROUND.
