Full Description

Constructs a new Ordnance Operations Building for Navy Munitions Command Atlantic (NMCLANT) Detachment (DET) NAS Patuxent River. The Ordnance Operations Building will be a One story concrete masonry and/or steel-framed construction with a metal roof, deep foundations and concrete slab on grade. administrative areas, quarterdeck, training room, bunk rooms for 24-hour watch requirement, Controlled Room, male and female bathroom/ shower locker area, hazmat storage, equipment storage, and workstations. Project will also demolish Building 253, pavilion, well, generator, Septic Tank and drain field.
