Organizational and Strategic Support

This contract supports the next phase of CISA's strategic direction by providing organizational and strategic capacity to operationalize its mission through the Office of the Chief of Staff. The contractor will work primarily from their own site but must conduct frequent visits to CISA facilities in Arlington, Virginia, to ensure close alignment with leadership priorities. The contractor will also plan and document strategy and performance management activities, streamline documentation processes, and build a mission impact measurement framework to evaluate outcomes. Additional responsibilities include providing policy, regulatory, and legislative support, as well as developing strategic messaging and visualization tools to communicate goals and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
