Contact information is listed at the end of the text ofthis posting.*** Non Approriated Fund Procurement The Operational Contracting Division, Wright Patterson AFB, OH is seeking a person(s) to operate an Oriental Restaurant Concessionaire on Wright Patterson Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8601-12-T-0197 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This requirement is unrestricted, any size business may apply. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722213 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. This solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any cost incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. The FAR, DoD supplements (DFARS) and Air Force FAR supplements (AFFARS) do not apply to non appropriated fund (NAF) procurements except as required by AFMAN 34-302 and AFI 64-301. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 34302 and AFI 64-301 shall be mandatory. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
