The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Sabtech Technologies, Inc. for the procurement of fifty-six Operational Readiness Test System Network Emulation Terminal display consoles. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial procurement under NAICS Code 334418, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The government is utilizing a sole source justification under FAR 6.302-1, asserting that Sabtech Technologies is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the requirements. This decision is based on the determination that establishing an alternative source would cause unacceptable delays and result in a duplication of costs that would not be recovered through competition.
