OSERS - FY 2024 DIF Program Monitoring The Contractor will provide monitoring to the FFY24 DIF program for their entire program period, typically five years and to the FFY23 DIF program for their remaining four years of their grant cycle. RSA expects the monitoring to demonstrate the effectiveness, identify improvements, and ensure accountability of the FFY24 and FFY 23 DIF programs. The monitoring provided by the Contractor shall encompass, but not limited to, the following activities: Develop monitoring indicators and framework; Prepare a monitoring schedule; Identify and train monitoring consultants; Collect and analyze information and data collected during the site visit; Prepare comprehensive and synthesized reports; Develop recommendations for program policy and grant administration; and Develop recommendations for monitoring-related technical assistance.
