Outdoor Bottle Filler Fountains

The County of San Mateo is soliciting bids under solicitation 2027-IFB-00218 for the procurement of 12 outdoor water bottle filling stations. The scope is limited to the supply of the units, as installation will be performed by County staff. Each unit must be green, weigh approximately 250 lbs, meet ADA Hi/Lo requirements, and feature a push button requiring less than 5 lbs of pressure to operate. The procurement includes 12 bottle fillers, 12 attached recessed HB with locking doors, and 12 attached pet fountains. All goods must be delivered FOB destination, freight prepaid, to the 94063 postal code area within six weeks of the purchase order receipt. Bids will be evaluated and ranked based on the Total Bid Price, with awards granted to responsive and responsible bidders. Proposals must be submitted via OpenGov by 2:00 pm on November 19, 2026, and must include a completed Price Bid Sheet and a W9 form if the vendor has not worked with the County recently. Vendors must certify they have at least two years of experience providing similar items to government agencies of a similar size within the last five years. Payment is made after County acceptance of goods and receipt of a complete invoice, with a final payment deadline of 30 calendar days after all documentation is approved. The County does not accept COD shipments.
