Owens Creek Stream Gauge Vegetation Removal

The California Department of Water Resources has issued a forecast for the Owens Creek Stream Gauge Vegetation Removal project located in Merced County, California, specifically near Eastside Bypass and Crane Ranch at Station ID B06114. The primary objective of this work is to ensure the proper operation and continued access to the stream gauge station. The scope of work involves using hand tools and a weed eater to remove vegetation from the bubbler line and staff gauge within the dry channel, as well as clearing vegetation 10 feet up- and downstream of the station from the levee road down to the current waterline.
