The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Certification Service (AIR-900) and Flight Standards Service (AFB-500), is issuing this Market Survey / Request for Information (RFI) to solicit statements of interest, and company capabilities from vendors capable of delivering a comprehensive, outcome-based, and ethical investigative interviewing course.
The training must utilize the Plan and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account - Clarification and Challenge, Closure and Evaluation (P.E.A.C.E.) Model.
This market survey is being conducted in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1.
