INTRODUCTION The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking infrastructure development services for the construction and improvements of granular parking lots P15 and P17 in the Gatineau Park, Gatineau, National Capital Region. Work includes excavation, culvert installation, and granular backfilling/grading. It is the intention of the NCC to award a Contract to perform and complete the Work required as per Technical Specification by December 31, 2023. Enquiries regarding this Bid Solicitation must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Senior Contract Officer micheline.al-koutsi@ncc-ccn.ca as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. NON-MNDATORY SITE VISIT: A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11 am EDT. To confirm your attendance at the site visit, please send email to the Sr. Contract Officer, Micheline Al-Koutsi at email address : micheline.al-koutsi@ncc-ccn.ca at least 24 hours prior to the site visit.
