The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures.


The USDA-FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against:Vegetation Management Services (VMS) for the Ouachita National Forests BPA Holders:  12444223A0013     12444223A0014    12444223A0015  12444223A0021     12444223A0022    12444223A0027  


This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the aforementioned BPA Holders.  These services are for Midstory removal > 5.3.3.2 Medium-500 - 1,000 stems per acre for the Mena Ranger District, AR.  This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA.
