Parking Lot Assessment

The Town of Caledon has issued Negotiated Request for Proposal 2026-290-26-114 for a comprehensive asset management assessment of its municipal parking lot infrastructure. The project scope includes the inventory verification and condition assessment of 55 base parking lots, with up to three additional provisional lots. Contract administration requires hardcopy invoicing with a 28-day payment term, and the successful vendor must provide all necessary professional liability insurance and health and safety training for their staff.
