Parking System Products/Installation/Maintenance & Repairs

Texas A&M University – Central Texas is seeking qualified vendors to establish a Master Order for parking system products, installation, maintenance, and repairs at its College Station, TX campus. The solicitation, identified as TAMU-ITB-26-5037, requires vendors to provide turnkey installation of specified parking system components including Ultrasonic Mini Sensors (Part #200114), software licenses (Part #101006), UMS IBP Set Conduit (Part #10024057), and COCO-US cable covers for 1/2 inch conduit, along with ongoing maintenance and repair services. All work must be performed on-site, with 24/7/365 operational support for parking facilities. Vendors are expected to maintain sufficient inventory to enable next-day delivery, including weekends, for orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST. The initial term of the Master Order begins September 1, 2026, and lasts one year, with automatic renewals up to a maximum term of five years, subject to thirty-day notice for non-renewal. All pricing must be firm for the entire term and submitted as unit pricing to govern in case of calculation errors. Delivery must occur F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, excluding Texas A&M holidays. Vendors must comply with federal and State of Texas safety, health, lighting, and noise standards, and ensure all equipment and services meet industry standards for strength, quality, and workmanship. A minimum one-year warranty is required on all parts and accessories, and all changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by Texas A&M Procurement Services. Installation may not begin without prior approval from a designated Texas A&M representative, and all work must adhere to campus safety and access procedures, drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free campus policies, and packaging cleanup requirements, with strict prohibition against using Texas A&M dumpsters. Insurance is mandatory, with coverage on an occurrence basis, minimum limits of $1,000,000 for auto liability, naming the Texas A&M University System as an additional insured, and underwritten by insurers with an A.M.
