A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held ON-SITE at the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority Boardroom located 2nd Floor, Main Terminal, 3311 Airport Rd Allentown, PA 18109 on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. At least ONE company representative must attend the pre-bid meeting IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in order to submit a proposal. As a courtesy, the meeting link below is for additional company representatives that may want to attend, but are not able to in person. The meeting link will be "view-only". Attendance will only be taken for in-person attendees.
