The City of Suffolk, Virginia, is seeking a consultant under solicitation RFP 27019-AG to develop a comprehensive roadway asset management program. The primary objective is to establish a system for assessing roadway conditions, maintaining georeferenced inventories of transportation assets—including signs, pavement markings, guardrails, and drainage structures—and providing decision-support tools to prioritize maintenance and future infrastructure investments. The selected consultant will be required to integrate these solutions with the Cityworks Respond platform and provide data in non-proprietary, industry-standard formats.
