DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): Demo Work & Site Prep SB202 Main Gate Guard Shack • Demolish stone and roof surrounding prefabricated Guard Shack. • Disconnect controls and utilities for reconnection on new Guard Shack. • Remove and dispose of Guard Shack. • Resurface slab for setting new Guard Shack in place. New Work SB202 Main Gate Guard Shack • New Guard Shacks 10’ x 6’ (Minimum Interior Useable Space) • Level III - Entry Control Point (ECP) Construction. • Same In-kind Physical Appearance as previous Guard Shack. • Incorporate bulletproof glass on SB202 Main Gate Guard Shack. • Built-in HVAC System. 5.
