Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products to the firm B&M Construction, 3134 Beacon Street, Colorado Springs, CO. The proposed contract action is for materials for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. The use of such descriptive items in this acquisition is essential to the Governments requirement, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for approximately three (3) months in duration. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
