Permanent Forest History Exhibit Development and Hosting Services-Procurement Services-Sole Source

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Permanent Forest History Exhibit Development and Hosting Services from World Forestry Center as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services and the contractor being the single provide of the goods and/or services. The selected supplier must provide a permanent exhibit space of at least 500 square feet available for a minimum of three years, attract a broad public audience with at least 10,000 annual visitors, and possess the expertise to design, build, maintain, staff, and promote a forest history exhibit. The supplier must also have demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities in the Pacific Northwest and strong existing relationships with Indigenous partners. In addition, the facility must be able to accommodate OSU researchers conducting observations and evaluation of visitor engagement with the exhibit.
