The Department of National Defence (DND), through the Canadian Forces Health Services (CF H Svcs), has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to procure Pharmacy Grade Refrigerators to safely store all medical vaccines, pharmaceuticals and medications. The Pharmacy Refrigerators will be used to lifecycle the existing holdings and to support units without this equipment.
Canada will require an initial quantity of two (2) Double Door Pharmacy Refrigerators and three (3) Single Door Pharmacy Refrigerators to be delivered at the Central Medical Equipment Depot (CMED) in Petawawa, Ontario, within twelve (12) weeks of receipt of the first call-up against the Standing Offer. Options to procure as and when requested up to an additional fifty (50) Double Door, fifty (50) Single Door and fifty (50) Undercounter Pharmacy Grade Refrigerators over the validity of the standing offer are considered. Estimated quantities do not represent a commitment by Canada that Canada’s future usage of the Standing Offer will be consistent with the minimum or maximum quantities specified in this RFSO.
The period of the Standing Offer is from Standing Offer Issue to 31 March 2030. More than one Standing Offer may be issued to satisfy the requirement.
