Phase 3 of this project is to concrete the remaining grassy area (see attachment) estimated square footage is 232,000 SF. We are also requesting to relocate the ponding basin to the western area closest to the roadway. This will provide us more concrete area to use for the storage of equipment and supplies. The grassy area located at the building loading dock side (18,000 SF) will also be concrete with the removal of the 3 concrete barriers. The area will also include fencing to provide security to the items being stored. Please see Phase 3 Outside attachment that is attached to this document.
