AI Contract Overview
The district is seeking bids for internal network infrastructure including 24-port PoE+ switches, a 1500-watt UPS system, and wireless access points with required licensing. While Aruba is the current platform, equivalent or comparable brands are acceptable. All items must include necessary software and licenses to meet operational needs. Bids must specifically address the three categorized line items under Internal Connections and include detailed pricing per USAC requirements—bids without explicit pricing will be disqualified. The district allows for multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or other flexible terms, provided any extensions are clearly defined within the contract. Any free services offered must comply fully with USAC’s Free Services Advisory, and long-term agreements must contain a disclaimer protecting the district if E-rate funding is discontinued. The district also requires the ability to scale services up or down as operational demands change. All submissions must reference Solicitation Number 270000249 in the email subject line and be sent to the designated technical contact. Bids must adhere to state and local procurement guidelines and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price as mandated by E-rate rules.
