This procurement is for providing maintenance and repair of the Pine Bluff Arsenal’s Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Electronic Entry Control System (EECS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Fire Detection Systems (FDS), which is directed by AR 190-59, AR 190-11, AR 190-51 and AR 190-13. Components of the IDS system are manufactured by different companies and integrated into a single system. 24/7 maintenance of the IDS system requires a source that has the depth, the right technical skills, experience, certifications and logistics supply chain to efficiently service and provide the appropriate replacement parts. A company has to be an authorized DAQ certifier and provide a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff to support onsite personnel. Please the attachments provided.
