Pinkut Creek Spawning Channel – Generator Building

This contract pertains to the supply, delivery, modification, installation, and commissioning of a self-contained generator building at the Pinkut Creek Spawning Channel near Burns Lake, British Columbia. The work involves converting a standard 20-foot transportable enclosure into a fully weather-tight structure capable of housing and supporting a 30 kVA skid-mounted diesel generator and a compatible fuel storage tank sized for at least 24 hours of continuous operation at 80% load. The scope includes all necessary structural modifications to the enclosure, such as insulation, service penetrations, windows, louvers, and ventilation openings, along with the full integration of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems required for safe and reliable generator operation. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project drawings to be provided in Phase Two of the tender process. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and on-site installation, but is explicitly excluded from foundation construction and external electrical connections. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination at the site coordinates 54°26'29.4" N, 125°27'16.4" W, and all equipment must be tested and commissioned upon completion.
