A requirement is requested to develop a scope and construct a project to modernize, bring up to current code requirements, and improve infection control in the morgue, clinical laboratory, pathology laboratory and office spaces in the basement level of building 9. Refresh all finishes and furniture. Assess layout and utilities for current and new equipment and to optimize operations. Phase project to minimize disruption of hospital operations. Exclude BSL3 from scope of project.
