USCIS has a requirement to build and operate enterprise governance for general development within the platforms of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and UiPath, and potentially other future platforms. Initial prototype of the enterprise governance to executive leadership on the process of engaging in new projects, including AI use case development. Operationalize the enterprise governance program by implementing it across known enterprise platforms and continue to ideate and improve the process as new technologies become available. Create and operate an enterprise Infrastructure team environment that will demonstrate the new application architecture patterns, tools and approaches available through Salesforce, ServiceNow, and UiPath. Operate and maintain enterprise platform environments, supporting application teams to on-board and deploy applications, quickly and securely. This scope of work includes overseeing the five-org Salesforce environment formerly managed as part of the System for Tracking Activities, Relationships, and Services (STARS) program as well as new Salesforce applications and enhancements. The STARS applications provide enterprise Salesforce solutions for issue/inquiry management, stakeholder engagement, contracting, contact center management, and other USCIS business functions. The requirement includes the need to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the tasks as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services.
