Baltimore County is seeking bids for 15 fully assembled, patrol-ready police bicycles under solicitation number B-10000539, with an option to procure up to five additional units, in a one-time buy under NAICS code 459110. The bicycles must be the Volcanic Law Enforcement Patrol Ready Bike (APB), Trek Police 2019, or a County-approved equivalent, featuring an aluminum frame in black or blue with white “POLICE” decals, a 12-speed drivetrain, front and rear disc brakes, anatomical saddle seats, and the ability to accommodate riders between 5’1” and 6’2”.
