Key deliverables include inspection system reports and material composition certifications submitted via DD Form 1423. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting, and compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and IUID requirements. The Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to purchase a small pontoon boat capable of carrying an open channel ultra-violet (UV) reactor beneath its platform in the space between its pontoons for mobile Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) remediation efforts. The UV reactor is not part of this procurement, only the boat, but the boat must be of certain dimensions for compatability with the HAB remediation program. Most standard size pontoon boats are outside of compliance with the required dimensions. The Laker 712 RT Pontoon Boat package is the only one found so far that meets the specific characteristics, and we are considering advertising as Laker Brand Name or Equal (BNOE). The most important characteristics to be met, which are primarily related to dimensions and carrying capacity, are as follows: Between 13-15ft in length and 6.5-8ft in width. At least 30 spacing between pontoons beneath the deck. Weight of less than 800lbs. Load carrying capacity for persons, motor, and gear of at least 1600lbs. Controllable by a bow-mounted trolling motor and shall come with a remote-controlled bow-mounted trolling motor with 55lbs thrust. Has a non-skid surface on its decking. Has rails in the front and rear with a front gate and two side gates. Has two swivel seats Has a bimini top Rated to 20Hp. Includes a marine battery and onboard charger. All key components of the boat are accessible to operators for maintenance. Includes a boat trailer. Ruggedized for interstate transport and low-speed (< 5 mph) transport on packed gravel roads. Constructed of materials that ensure outdoor storage and use conditions year-round for at least three (3) years. Delivery to ERDC-CERL is required 60 days from date of award. Please review the attached solicitation document for full details and instructions, and provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed at the top of this posting to: contact@example.gov Telephone responses will not be accepted.
