PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE BOARD SIGN

The State of New Hampshire, through the Department of Administrative Services, is soliciting bids for the procurement of 20 portable, trailer-mounted Dynamic Message Signs (PCMS). These units must be new, solar-powered with AC backup, and capable of 30-day battery autonomy. Successful bidders must provide a minimum one-year warranty with a two-year on-site support commitment featuring a 24-hour response time and 7-day repair turnaround. Deliveries are required within 30 days of the purchase order receipt, with the destination being the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management and Operations in Concord, New Hampshire. Payment will be processed via ACH 30 days after delivery and formal acceptance.
