This pre-qualification notice provides potential suppliers notification and opportunity related to the US Postal Service's intent to solicit proposals to provide telecommunication services to support the USPS nationwide. The Postal Service is seeking suppliers that have demonstrated their ability to perform consistently to high standards of quality and reliability in delivering products and services. This pre-qualification process requires interested suppliers to submit a written pre-qualification package in accordance with the instructions outlined in this notice. The USPS is considering a multiple award scenario for this procurement. The successful supplier(s), as a result of this competitive process, will be required to fully integrate into the USPS telecom billing, ordering, inventory, and remedy systems. Note that the USPS considers the ownership of an established telecom network infrastructure to be advantageous not only from cost efficiency perspective but also from management and control capability. Therefore, suppliers that provide integration telecom services and do not own/operate an established telecom network infrastructure will be at a scoring disadvantage for the "data transport" evaluated category. In order to be considered for this pre-qualification opportunity, interested suppliers must respond to this notice as outlined in the attached documents by the posted due date.
