The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Application Development division is modernizing its business and IT operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. To support this effort, CISA requires specialized services to enhance and expand the use of Microsoft Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. These automation capabilities streamline repetitive, rules-based tasks across CISA systems and integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other CISA approved platforms. CISA has already leveraged RPA to improve data collection, reconciliation, report generation, and cross-system updates, resulting in increased efficiency, fewer errors, and more consistent operations across the enterprise. This scope encompasses the design, development, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise automation solutions. The contractor shall provide technical expertise, governance support, secure configuration management, and operational sustainment to ensure resilient, compliant, and scalable automation services across CISA. Core activities under this scope include: • Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automations using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath. • Maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) under the Agency Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ensuring continuous monitoring compliance. • Integrating automation solutions with Agency systems, including identity, email, collaboration, records management, and case/contract systems, where appropriate. • Establishing repeatable governance processes, secure configuration baselines, documentation, and operational service level agreements (SLAs). • Delivering resilient operations, including monitoring, incident response, optimization, and transition in/out support.
This requirement will be competed on the CISA DTSS multiple-award BPA, 100% WOSB set-aside.
