The overall intended purpose of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide psychological services for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (“the Department”). These Services shall include review of the MMPI-2-RF (or subsequent versions of the MMPI) testing results followed by psychological interview/assessment. The content of this interview/assessment will be based upon whether the applicant’s testing results fall within normal testing limits. These services shall also include fitness for duty psychological interview/assessment. Additionally, this contract will also include Psychological Screening Examination Oversight Services to provide oversight, expertise and guidance in the administration of the screening protocol for post-conditional-offer, pre-employment psychological screening process.
