Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Manufacturer/Supplier

This subcontract for the Vermont Department of Economic Development involves the supply of pre-engineered metal building kits for highway garage projects in the Town of Whitingham. The selected manufacturer will be responsible for fabricating structural steel members, roof and wall panels, and trim according to schematic design documents, as well as delivering the completed kits to the project site. The contract requires strict financial and insurance compliance, including a 5 percent bid bond and 100 percent payment and performance bonds.
