PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEM NON-RECURRING ENGINEERING/PRODUCTION AND SYSTEM DESIGN AGENT CONTRACTS Please be advised that a Pre-Proposal Conference for the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Undersea Warfare System Non-Recurring Engineering/Production and System Design Agent Contracts will be conducted on Wednesday, 21 September 2005. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be hosted at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Carderock, MD. The conference will be held in the Building 19 auditorium. Due to space limitations, no more than two (2) representatives from each Contractor may attend. The Pre-Proposal presentations will be posted to the NECO website following the briefing. The schedule is as follows: 1215 - 1300 Registration 1300 - 1315 Welcome 1315 - 1345 Program Overview 1345 - 1500 AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Non-Recurring Engineering/Production Brief Contractors wishing to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference are required to pre-register with NAVSEA 02, Mr. Travis H. Gordon via email at contact@example.gov, by close of business on 13 September 2005, offering Company representing and individuals attending.
