The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the proposed contract action under solicitation number: 7571MN26R00021 for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Clinical West Staffing Services. The Government intends to release the solicitation in 3th Quarter Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 through the System of Award Management (SAM.gov) as a Small Business set-aside.
The purpose of this requirement is to secure continuing services for occupational health professionals to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component within the Program Support Center (PSC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). FOH defines Occupational Health Services (OHS) as the seamless coordination of comprehensive services using a data-driven approach to assist agencies in achieving a culture of health and high performance. FOH services are designed to improve health outcomes and employee productivity, while reducing occupational health risks, absenteeism, and overall employee health care costs.
This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12/15, as supplemented. The Government intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
