The City invites bids from qualified suppliers for the preventative and demand maintenance services for Chemical Treatment of Cooling, Heating and Humidification Loops, located in various facilities within Mississauga, ON. The successful contractor will be responsible for the following high-level deliverables:Preventative Maintenance (PM): Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure the goal of minimizing bacterial growth, scaling and corrosion in the cooling, heating and humidification system loops. Temperature transfer should be maintained near design efficiency with water and energy consumptions to be minimized through careful control of cycles of concentration. The Supplier is to monitor, inspect plant Equipment and systems to detect Equipment malfunctions and to ensure these systems are operating normally.Demand / Corrective Maintenance (DM): Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and restore equipment to full working order.Reporting: Provide maintenance reports summarizing inspections, corrective actions, and recommendations for equipment performance improvement.Coordination and Compliance: Schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with City staff, while adhering to all applicable safety and operational standards.Controllers: Supply and Install Controllers similar to Walchem PH Controller on all Ice Plant systems where needed.Detailed service requirements, frequency, and technical specifications are provided in Appendix C – Specification / Statement of Work
