NAVFAC Far East FEAD Yokosuka intends to award multiple year single award, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) and Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work items to obtain maintenance program and service orders for exhaust air treatment Facility and waste water treatment facility at Fire Fighting Training Facility in U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. The scope of work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform maintenance services for exhaust air treatment facility and waste water treatment facility at CFAY, Japan. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall provide maintenance services for scheduled services. The Recurring work is comprised of both scheduled and unscheduled services. The scheduled services include but are not limited to the following: Facility Exhaust Air Treatment Facility(Bldg 4844) Waste Water Treatment Facility(Bldg 4838) Maintenance Frequency: Daily Weekly Monthly Quarterly Semi-Annually Annually Once a Year Once two year Once four year 2. According to the scope, unscheduled services may occur following service orders.
