This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items issued in accordance with the procedures in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Detailed specifications are included in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement.
