SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY (“UPSTATE”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for a vendor to provide the services of prior authorization process for patient transportation for commercial insurance in addition to Medicaid in NYS and Medicare. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertised Notice. Vendor Requirements: Must have over three (3) continuous years’ experience providing the services noted above. Must be eligible to do business in New York State Vendor must have capability to reimburse ride share services for rides completed and subsequently invoice institution accordingly.
