The relevant facilities are sometimes referred to hereinas “facilities,” or the singular “facility.” HHSC intends to award one Contractfor each of the facilities indicated below. -Region 1: Panhandle State Hospital (Amarillo, TX), El Paso PsychiatricCenter (El Paso, TX), and Lubbock Psychiatric Center (Lubbock, TX)-Region 2: North Texas State Hospital- Wichita Falls Campus (Wichita Falls,TX), Terrell State Hospital (Terrell, TX) -Region 4: Rio Grande State Center (Harlingen, TX) This RFP and theContract for Professional PM Services will allow for a wide range of services.It is the Owner’s primary intent to utilize this process to provideProfessional PM Services and to enable staff augmentation for specific tasks onparticular projects. The general Scope of Work is to provide selective orcomprehensive Professional PM Services for on-site project and constructionmanagement and inspection. Services shall be provided in coordination with theProjects’ design consultants and construction contractors in support of theOwner. Successful Respondents will provide Professional PM Services to theOwner and report to the Owner’s Designated Representative for the particulartasks or projects to which they are assigned. The successful Respondent will inno manner be expected to perform professional design Work, nor act in capacityof Architect or Engineer of record for Projects, nor be at risk forconstruction of the Project.
