This procurement is Conditional Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) Set-Aside.This requirement is open only to those TBIPS EN578-170432 Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category and level of experience:A.7. programmer/analyst - level 3 (18 Resources).Description of Work:The Office of the Chief Service and Digital Officer of Transport Canada (TC) is responsible for the provision of resources to develop and implement software applications, maintain and evolve the department’s IM/IT environment, provide the hardware and software required by employees, develop and maintain the department’s computer applications, and manage the resulting data.The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the services of a Contractor who will provide on an as and when required professional services in the resource category of Programmer/ Analyst Power Apps Level 3 to support and maintain TC’s business needs and transformationinitiatives. The resources tasks include but not limited to designing, developing, modifying and expanding highly complex new and existing software solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Application Programmable Interface (API’s), reports, workflows, entities, data management tools, java scripting, and integrating various plugins.Contract Duration: TC intends to award up to two (2) contracts, each for one (1) period from Contract award date to Dec. 31, 2024.Anticipated Start Date: April 1, 2023Estimated number of resources: 18 ResourcesNumber of Contract: up to two (2)Bidders must submit one bid for the resource category.Current Incumbent: Similar work for Programmer Analyst category is currently being performed by TekSystem Canada Corp. under Omnibus contract T8086-172450/005/ZM (value $ 23,78,543.35 excluding applicable taxes).
