Remove and replace two variable frequency drives. The Project will provide temporary chilled water during construction replacing the chillers and pumps for non-interruption of building operation, including temporary air-cooled chiller, pumps, valves, piping, and power for the duration of construction. A DGS approved phasing plan is required for utility shutdown. Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on September 23, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., at Department of Veterans Affairs Chula Vista, located at 700 E. Naples Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements.
