This is a SPECIAL NOTICE. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District is soliciting feedback from the construction community addressing the potential use of PLA for a large scale construction project (exceeding $35 million) at Malmstrom AFB, MT.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Construct a 7,152SM (76.979SF) Integrated Training Center (ITC) designed to house Sentinel (GBSD) specific equipment and training devices used for wing-level maintenance, security forces, cyber defense, and operations training into a single, purpose-built facility. The facility includes both high-bay and single-story technical training labs, shops, and classrooms built to ICD 705 technical specifications. Building systems will include electrical, mechanical, water, sewer, fire and lighting protection systems, security systems, and NIPR and SIPR communications systems. Overall site improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading, minor demolition, drainage, utility, and communications connections, plus access paving, parking, and walkways as applicable.
