Baruch College has awarded a single-source contract to ProQuest LLC to ensure continued access to a range of database subscriptions that are not available through the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract. This procurement is essential to support the College’s curriculum and library services, providing faculty, staff, and students with critical academic resources. ProQuest is a contracted New York State vendor, and Baruch College currently licenses several databases under OGS Contract PC69943, Award 23260. However, ProQuest is also the exclusive distributor and publisher of additional databases that fall outside the scope of the State contract. To maintain uninterrupted access to these essential resources, Baruch College seeks to engage ProQuest under a three (3) year single-source agreement.
