Scope: The District seeks Contractors to provide DJ/VDJ Services, Photobooth, and catering services Districtwide (all school sites, Elementary, Middle Schools, High Schools, Atypical Schools, and other program sites) as identified by the District. The Contractors will support school dances, proms, homecomings, gym dances, lunch events, and other requested events on school property. For proms, they will provide DJ/VDJ services at third-party venues and on school sites as required.
Contractors are required to provide all sound systems, lighting, music, party favors, screens/TVs for video DJ services, photo booths, catering services for drinks, finger foods, and dessert bars. Schools can require the Contractor to run school or class pictures on TV or screens as required. Pricing shall be “All Inclusive Rate.” Contractors shall have the capability to run karaoke-style video on screens while events are taking place to aid in the ambiance of the event, as requested by the school.
Notes: Proposers shall ensure that they provide marketing pieces to show their equipment and set up for each of the Lots in this RFP. The marketing pieces need to outline in detail what equipment is being used for each of the Lots 1 to 5.
