Purchase Anchors

Lincoln Electric System is soliciting formal bids for a three-year stock agreement to furnish and deliver various anchors and related hardware, including power-installed screw anchors and galvanized anchor rods. The contract period is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. All deliveries are to be FOB Destination, with a maximum allowable delivery time of two weeks after receipt of order for items with stocking requirements, while non-stocking items will be based on provided factory lead times. The successful bidder must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell products in Nebraska and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, including the submission of Form 51 for eligible firms. Payment terms are Net 30, and quoted prices must remain firm for the first 90 days of the contract. Evaluation factors for the award include unit and extended pricing, delivery timelines, technical specifications, and the terms of any proposed escalator clauses. Additionally, the vendor is required to provide weekly order status reports and guarantee all merchandise against mechanical and physical defects.
